   Read the note at bottom of page prior to submitting your order.
  • Click on the link below
  • Fill it out and Save it to your computer (see example to the right)
  • Email completed order form to teamhughes@marriagebraid.com
  • Submit payment

        $200 - Anniversary Package

   Personal Check - Cashiers Check - Money Order
  • Contact us for pre-approval
  • Make payable to Kevin Hughes
  • Mail with copy of order form
   *A confirmation email/receipt will be sent once payment is confirmed

Click on the link above to see your color options.  You will need to write down the "color" from Step 1 and the "name or number" from Step 2.  This information is needed to fill out the Order Form.

PLEASE NOTE:  To guarantee shipping, your Order needs to be placed at least 2 months prior to your wedding/anniversary date.  If your wedding/anniversary is within 2 months, please contact us for availability...we can usually accommodate it.  If your order requires expedited shipping, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
